We are currently hiring an Recruitment Manager (HR Generalist) to work within our Randstad Inhouse Services Division for a very important industrial client in Etobicoke, ON. This role will be vital to our continued growth in Canada with our client.

The Recruitment Manager is a hands-on administrative/management role where you will be providing recruitment and HR support for one of our clients in the Etobicoke, Ontario area. We are looking for someone who has an exceptional attention to detail, is highly organized and has great people skills. Successful candidates must have a vehicle as there is some travel required for this position.

Ask yourself:
• Do you have experience in recruitment or in an HR environment (industrial support recruitment an asset)?
• Are you a self-starter with autonomy and initiative?
• Do you like working in a fast-paced environment?
• Are you proficient with computers including programs such as MS Excel and Gmail?

Responsibilities
• Onboarding and orientation of applicants, and ensuring administrative compliance of new hires (H&S training, reference checks, etc.);
• Screening, interviewing, assessment and selection of suitable candidates;
• Proactive ‘talent pool’ management;
• Daily interaction with candidates, Randstad employees and client managers;
• Providing orientation and facility tours to new hires.
