You work as part of a team but would routinely perform work independently and maintain a high level of accuracy and safety, while performing your duties. While there are no rotating shifts, some flexibility in availability is required to be called in from time-to-time for emergencies and or cover a different shift for vacations, etc.

Afternoon Shift: Sunday to Thursday
Time: (2pm - 10:30pm)
Wage: $40-45 depending on your certification + shift premiums

Responsibilities
- Good analytical skills with a proven ability to independently troubleshoot with success
- Attending to emergency breakdowns
- Reactive and Predictive work on electrical manufacturing equipment
- Performing preventative maintenance on equipment for continuous improvement of all machines
- Reading diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
- Adjusting machinery and repairing or replacing defective parts
- Continuous improvement initiatives, with the ability to work independently without supervision and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Working knowledge of troubleshooting and repairing machinery
- Red Seal Designation for a period of 2+ years with relevant work experience
- PLC knowledge is highly preferred
- 3-5 years Experience working with this type of material would be best
- Ability to problem solve and adapt to new conditions in collaboration with the team
- Critical thinker and can work alone or very closely with a small family team
- Live around the Langley, BC area
