We are seeking a highly experienced Red Seal Millwright with machining expertise.
This role covers a broad range of responsibilities, including assembly, installation, alteration, repair, overhaul, troubleshooting, inspection, maintenance, dismantling, and relocation of machinery and equipment.
Additionally, the role requires fabricating and installing custom machine parts, working with metric and imperial measurements, and performing light welding and electrical tasks.

Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
Perform repairs, preventive maintenance, rebuilds, and troubleshooting on a variety of manufacturing machinery and equipment.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve equipment issues.
Fabricate and install custom machine parts and components as needed.
Perform light welding and electrical work as required.
Operate a forklift; certification is a plus, but experience is required.
Educate and train production workers on proper machine setup and safe operation. Train and coach other team members as required.
Interpret and work with mechanical drawings. Utilize tools and equipment for machining with a high level of proficiency.
Qualifications
What you bring:
Red Seal certification as a Millwright
Extensive machining experience is crucial. Proficiency in the use of machining tools and equipment.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to complete essential duties accurately.
Strong communication skills for training and coaching purposes.

Forklift operation experience; certification is a plus but not mandatory.
First Aid certification is a strong asset; a valid or previously held certification is highly desirable.
