Responsibilities
- Increase the number of national account customers by implementing growth strategies.
- Maintain relationships with national account customers, ensuring their satisfaction and renewing service agreements.
- Manage the billing process using Odoo and respond to customer inquiries related to billing.
- Respond to service calls and ensure customer satisfaction by visiting customer locations when necessary.
- Conduct compliance audits to ensure quality standards are met.
- Communicate with customers regularly through different channels and address their concerns.
- Attend conference calls to provide updates and collaborate with clients and managers.
Qualifications
- Be in the greater Montreal or GTA area
- Experience managing and developing customer accounts on a national level.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Bilingualism in French and English (Non negotiable)
- Proven ability to negotiate and manage customer requests.
- Practical experience using Microsoft Office and CRM applications.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
- Willingness to travel.
- Experience in the commercial cleaning industry is a plus.
