- Base Salary Range for Finance Director: $92k-$139k
- Profit Sharing based on profitability of the company is offered as a % of base salary.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Global Financial Management: Oversee the financial management of several sites, ensuring that financial practices are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Planning and Budgeting: Participate in financial planning and budgeting for each site, ensuring that budgets are realistic and aligned with corporate objectives.
- Financial Analysis: Provide detailed financial analysis to help local teams understand their plant's performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Cost Control: In collaboration with local teams, implement measures to control and reduce costs, while ensuring operational efficiency and profitability.
- Training and Development: Supervise and train plant controllers, ensuring that they comply with accounting and financial standards.
- Communication and Coordination: Maintain regular communication with local management teams and stakeholders to ensure that financial decisions are fully understood and implemented.
- Compliance and regulations: Ensure that all financial operations comply with regulations.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & STRENGTHS
- Financial management skills: Mastery of accounting principles, budgeting, cost management and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of information systems: familiarity with financial management software and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
- Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead in a matrix approach and motivate geographically dispersed teams, while encouraging a collaborative culture and ability to build strong working relationships with plant managers, plant controllers and other stakeholders.
- Analysis and Problem Solving: Ability to analyze financial data and identify solutions to financial problems.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different working environments and manage multiple sites with unique challenges.
- Communication: Strong communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely to local teams and senior management.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to align local financial objectives with the company's global strategy.
REQUIREMENTS
- 10 years' cumulative experience relevant to the position and area of expertise.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent, Master’s degree preferred.
- Willingness to travel (between 50% and 75% of the time) and legal authorization to travel to multiple sites. (support for plants in North Carolina, Oklahoma, and Wisconsin).
