    Regional Sales Rep
    Canada/ Eastern US

    Our client, a major manufacturer of agricultural ventilation equipment is currently looking for a Regional Sales rep to oversee most of Canada and parts of the Eastern US.

    We are looking for talent with relevant or similar industry experience who can help expand and continue to grow sales.

    The ideal candidate will be based out of Ontario.


    Advantages
    • Salary - on target earnings - $100-$120K

    Responsibilities
    • Participation in the development of the company’s business strategy
    • Work with new and existing dealers - ensuring products are sold, product training, joint sales visits, etc.
    • Provide effective management of sales territories and guide efforts to achieve the desired sales and profits
    • Engage with major clients to better understand their needs and optimize the partnership – proposals, costing, quotes, etc.
    • Develop all possibilities for products like Dairy, Poultry, etc.
    • Management of the organization's presence at major agricultural exhibitions in its territory

    Qualifications
    • At least 3 years of B2B sales - industrial sector
    • Experience in Agriculture sales/ equipment/ and/or similar machinery and equipment
    • A self-starter who is results-driven, competitive, professional, and a team player
    • Strong computer skills with proficiency with MS Office and other related programs
    • Solid track record of sales results
