Responsibilities
Supporting our customers from signing of agreement to their on-site event
Communicating with clients to coordinate their event needs in detail with professionalism
Setup online registration suites using our proprietary software
Coordinate with teams including programmers, operations, and customer service to ensure successful execution of the event and meet client expectations
Proof read and test your own work to ensure accuracy before delivering to client
Prepare the show for going onsite using provided checklists & required software
Design and print trade show badges using proprietary software
Support Lead Retrieval services to shows’ exhibitors
Work on-site at shows (across North America)
Monitor and work from a group email inbox
Qualifications
Degree or certifications in Project Management or similar
Minimum 3 years experience as project coordinator or similar
Process oriented with near perfect accuracy in attention to detail
Comfortable with computer hardware and software
Excellent use of the English language, both written and verbal
Professional customer service skills on the phone, via email, and in person
A troubleshooting and quality control mindset - self checking, self improving
You are comfortable with long work days while working on a project
This position requires working some evenings and weekends
