We are looking to hire a Release Manager for a console game. Our client is the leading publisher of free to play online games. The ideal candidate has:
- 2-3 Years Project management (specific to console game release)
• Strong understanding of ins and outs of console game publishing cycle
• Strong experience with Microsoft (Xbox) submission processes.
• Strong understanding of western gaming industry, platforms and ecosystems
• Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal/organizational communication skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Able to work flexible hours

Bonus Points if you have:
- Experience with Nintendo & Sony Submission
- Fluency in other languages ( Arabic, Korean or Spanish)
- Experience with a cross platform product or service is an asset

You will:

• Take control of the game release project and draw the 'big picture' for your game and break it down into short-term plans and subtasks
• Manage communications with other departments, developers and external partners
• Manage content submission cycles
• Identify key tasks and prioritize to meet deadlines
• Identify project bottlenecks and assign team members to increase efficiency
• Create detailed and insightful performance reports
• Research and monitor the online gaming industry, competitive scene and market trends
• Provide guidance and conflict resolution for the team members
