Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:

* Ensure equipment reliability in a modern plant (including robotics).
* Ensure the execution and prioritization of the preventive and predictive maintenance plan.
* You are in charge of the preparation of weekly and bi-annual line stops.
* You work closely with the Departments
* Optimize production lines and be responsible for departmental performance measures.
* Facilitate interdepartmental meetings to prioritize and make corrections.
* Work to reduce unplanned downtime and implement preventive actions.
* Manage improvement projects in close collaboration with the project engineers.
* You are responsible for the management of all the company's activities, the organization and implementation of the sustainable development policy.
* You are in charge of the planning of the training plan for the maintenance technicians.


Qualifications
But as a Reliability Engineer, you will need to have:

* A Bachelor's degree in Engineering
* Be OIQ or in the process of becoming OIQ
* BILINGUAL English
* Sense of autonomy and leadership
* Flexibility in your work
* Results oriented
