    Randstad is looking for Bilingual Customer Service Agents to work from home and assist end users as well as companies for an organisation located in Montreal.

    Salary: $ 19 per hour + a quarterly incentive program where you could earn up to 10% of your gross earnings
    Hours: You must be available to work from Monday to Friday between 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. (full time - 40H per week) + some Saturdays (26 hours per trimester, divided by 3 hours shifts)
    Location: work from home
    Training: 8 weeks from 9AM to 6PM, M-F
    Start of employment: as quickly as possible

    Responsibilities
    The tasks you will perform as a Customer Service Agent - Technical Support will be:

    - Solve customer problems by asking targeted questions.

    Qualifications

    - Comfortable with computers;
    - Customer service experience in a call center environment;
    - Being able to work well under pressure;
    - Dynamism and initiative.

    Summary
