    We are currently looking for bilingual customer service agents for a travel insurance company ready to start on ASAP !


    Salary: 19- 21 $ per hour
    Schedule: Flexible shifts between 8AM and 6PM Monday to Friday
    Location: Work from the comfort of your home
    Start date: ASAP
    Training: 4 weeks

    Responsibilities
    Here are the tasks you will have to do as a customer service agent - Claims

    - Take inbound calls from policyholders;
    - Answering customers' questions on how to submit a claim;
    - Give the status of a claim (e.g. received, paid, denied)

    Qualifications
    Here are the qualifications required for the position of Customer Service Agent - Claims

    - Fluent in French and English (oral and written);
    - Good active listening skills;
    - Have two years of experience in customer service;
    - Master Office 365;
    - Be dynamic, patient and courteous;
    - Knowledge of the insurance industry (an asset*)
