    Does customer satisfaction interest you? Do you like helping others and have an interest in logistics and transportation? We are currently looking for a Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative in the logistics field for a 6-month contract with a possibility of permanency or extension.

    You will have to do the delivery tracking and answer inbound calls from clients that had a problem with their delivery.

    Full time (40h per week)

    Salary: 20$/h

    Schedule Monday to Friday 8 :30 am to 5pm


    Remote work, but you must be able to go to the office at least once a month. The office is in Saint-Hubert on the south shore of Montreal.

    Responsibilities
    As a bilingual customer service representative in the logistics field, you will:

    - Do the tracking of the client’s packages
    - Answer phone calls about the problems clients may have with their packages
    - Answer emails of clients having problems with their packages
    - Provide an impeccable customer service at all time

    Qualifications
    What you bring to the table:

    - Bilingual English-French
    - Irreproachable oral and written communication
    - At least 3 years of customer service experience
    - Effective listening and empathy
    - Being able to go to the office in Saint-Hubert (when required )
    - Being dynamic and punctual
    - Any education or experience in logistics is an advantage!

    Full time, 40 hours per week.
    Schedule of Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

    Remote work, but being able to go to the office in Saint-Hubert when the governmental rules will allow it

    Salary of 18.50$/h
