    Are you interested in working in a Customer Service role that allows you to move around through your day, answer customer questions and provide product information in a retail/office environment? Do you enjoy working with a team, taking on new challenges and expanding your knowledge of products and services? Then we might have the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently hiring for a permanent Rental Coordinator. This opportunity is located in Milton and requires someone who is eager to learn and available to work overtime. The hours of operation is Monday - Friday 7:00 am till 5:00 pm. The ideal candidate will be available to work all hours and be eligible for overtime!

    Advantages
    - $20-$23 hourly based on experience

    Responsibilities
    - Over the phone and in person customer support
    - Creating and processing quotes
    - Creating and managing invoices
    - Tracking active and inactive inventory
    - Fostering and maintaining relationships with a wide clientele
    - Actively communicating with all departments
    - Other various administrative duties

    Qualifications
    - 2-3 years of customer service, invoicing or quoting experience is an asset
    - Strong customer service background
    - Small engine product knowledge and a technical background is an asset
    - Proactive to learning different processes in between tasks
    - Willingness to work overtime when required
    - Effective time management under a fast paced environment
    - Multitasking: working on quotes simultaneously
    - Availability between 7:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
