This is a full-time permanent position.

Responsibilities
-answer telephone inquiries from customers/sales and process all rental requests
-escalate and communicate professionally & effectively.
-maintain and document on-site inventories and communicate findings to all staff daily
- conduct yearly or semi-annual inventory checks
-be the single point of contact for cycle billing, contract filing, equipment exchanges, weekly open order contract report reconciliation, etc.
-coordinate with the service department on all rental equipment and service/repair issues to the rental fleet.
- complete all admin related to any sales calls that are answered
Qualifications
- minimum two years of experience in the construction equipment rental industry.
- excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- comfortable with computers; knowledge of Systematic is an asset.
- customer service experience is required
- proficient in using MS Office
