Are you a recent accounting or commerce graduate? Do you have 1 - 2 years of experience in a financial institution with knowledge of the securities or mutual funds industry? Do you have a can-do attitude and are looking to gain experience within a top 5 bank? If so, we have a great opportunity for you!

We are currently looking for a Reporting Administrator to support our client, once of Canada's Big 5 Banks, in their Downtown Toronto location!

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Shift Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30am to 5:00pm, flexibility where necessary

As an Reporting Administrator your responsibilities will be to support the production of financial statements and reporting for clients. This will include but not be limited to:
• Checking daily transaction report and prepare for monthly statement production
• Providing information to support other business units
• Prepare assigned Financial Statement within established deadlines.
• Ensure all daily statements/reports are delivered to clients on time where applicable.
• Ensure all daily electronic files transfers are completed on time.
• Identify and resolve reporting problems. Work with internal units to ensure corrective actions and proper procedures are in place.

• Full time hours on a 6 month assignment
• Downtown Toronto location

• 1 - 2 years of experience in an accounting related environment, or have recently graduated from an accounting, finance, or commerce degree/diploma
• Strong interpersonal skills and networking abilities with other departments
• Solid understanding of financial accounting
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of PC applications such as excel
