We are looking for an Anglophone OR Bilingual Agent who will work from home.

Your role will consist of responding to customer calls in an efficient manner and of processing the terms of payment thereof within the deadlines prescribed by the company.

Salary: $ 21.20 per hour
Hours: 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Friday
Start Date: August 10!
Term of office: 3 months with possibility of extension

Here are the tasks you will have to accomplish as a home customer service agent

- Incoming call acceptance
- File analysis
- Management of agreements and payment terms
- Process and distribute account statements or invoices to customer files
