Our client is looking for someone local to assist with basic building maintenance. You live in the area, and will have a regular shift, but you're also okay being 'on call' based on a rotational basis with the building manager; in case of emergencies, such as water leak, etc.

For the most part, this is a daytime position close to the river of a 162 unit apartment building.
This is a great opportunity to work in a unique environment with lots of variety in your day to day tasks. You will be ensuring the building is kept to a high standard of cleanliness, and high touch points are kept sanitized for the safety of everyone!
This is a temporary to permanent role.

Responsibilities
Cleaning and maintenance of residential buildings
Cleaning common areas and lobbies
Garbage removal
Dusting and mopping
Sanitizing high touch surfaces
On-call (on a rotational basis) – someone who lives near the building would be ideal
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 months experience cleaning / janitorial
Able to stay on task with little supervision
Able to clear a basic police background check
Basic maintenance abilities would be a plus, such as replacing light bulbs, changing door knobs/locks, minor repairs
