This is a contract position for a UX Designer - Senior for our client who is in the Broader Public Sector. Work location will be in Downtown Toronto.
This is a Hybrid Role with 3 days in the office a week with some flexibility at the discretion of the Hiring Manager.

Responsibilities
-Perform User Research to ensure we are asking the right questions to get the right answers.
-Design the User Journey Map to identify pain points and issues that need to be addressed in the planning, budgeting, and forecasting service.
-Plan and execute co-creation workshops with stakeholders to propose the most viable solution for a given problem.
-Use the available resources to prototype services to validate ideas and iterate on it.
-Design Service Blueprints and prepare them to be presented and delivered to stakeholders.
-Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders across ministries, divisions and branches to design and develop planning, budgeting and forecasting services.
Qualifications
-Looking for a candidate who has strong experience in service design.
-5+ years experience and has demonstrated experience in a range of the following service design and user experience techniques: User needs mapping; User research (exploratory and evaluative); Stakeholder mapping; Personas; Customer journey mapping; Collaborative design; Prototyping; Service blueprinting.
-Demonstrated knowledge of emerging trends and developments in service delivery, digital service design and leading-edge technology related to digital service design and in-person service delivery models.
