This is a Hybrid Role with 3 days in the office a week. This is a mandatory requirement of the role and is non negotiable outside of exceptional circumstances.

Responsibilities
Works in partnership with clients, advising them on information technology in order to meet their business objectives or overcome problems, work to improve structure and efficiency of an organization’s I&IT systems. The Vendor Resource will provide strategic guidance to organizations with regard to Information Management & IT technology, IT infrastructures and the enablement of major business processes through enhancements to IT application.
The Services and Deliverables to be provided by the Vendor include the following:
· Requirement Analysis - Analyze Business Requirements to identify gaps and provide a “Fit Gap” analysis, along with recommended solution. Also create Functional Design Documentation.
· Design - Provide end to end Architecture, Functional & Technical Design Artefacts/Documentation for the HAACMS Solution Enhancements.
· Infrastructure Services - Administration & Management of Changes in the Cloud Based Environment(s) [Development (DEV), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production (PROD)]
· IT Solutions Development
Qualifications
8+ years experience (5 years must be on MS Dynamics 365)
Seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Configuration Expert - designer, architect to make enhancements etc. to existing system
Must Haves:
· MS Dynamics 365 CRM
· MS PowerApps Portal, MS Power Automate Flow, MS Azure, MS Key Vault, MS SharePoint Online, MS Active Directory
· Microsoft Power App and Portal Single Sign On Integration
· SSO Authentication Methodologies and Protocols such as SAML, OpenID Connect, B2C
· 6-8 years technical hands-on solutions architecture/configuration/ design / development experience, of which 5 years must be on MS Dynamics 365
· Focus on configuring & deployment
· Case Management Experience
· Develop, Produce and Provide Input to Test Strategy and Test Case Development
