This is a Hybrid Role with 3 days in the office a week. This is a mandatory requirement of the role and is non negotiable outside of exceptional circumstances.

Responsibilities
Provide M&S of hosted technology solutions based on the OPS's service specification, standards, policies, best practices, and cost models to meet the business requirements and project/initiative deliverable specifications
Manage coordination of all IT related services
Manage the resources and tasks required to accomplish the work assigned
Adherence to the Project Management Office (PMO) methodology
Adherence to OPS and LTC Enterprise Architecture guidelines
Adherence to OPS and LTC IT standards
Use project management tools, templates, and repositories to manage and track project artefacts
Liaison with different stakeholders
Responsible for the product planning and execution through the product lifecycle, including:
Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements
Defining the product vision
Ensuring the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience:
Identify and fill product gaps
Generate new ideas that grow market share
Improve customer experience
Drive growth
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
