This is a contract position for a Training Specialist for our client who is in the Broader Public Sector. Work location will be Downtown Toronto and will involve a Hybrid Model with three days in the office per week at the discretion of the Hiring Manager.

Responsibilities
Design, development, and review of the education and communication strategy curriculum and training documentation for all HSPs implemented on the MIS and HRIS solutions
-Online Learning Management System support and document maintenance
-Provide guidance of the design and development of training and communication materials for working groups, information sessions, stakeholders and other subject matter experts
-Facilitate working group and information sessions both internally and externally to gain understanding of educational training needs in a variety of formats
-Create, manage, and publish project and department communications through the approval process
-Consult and facilitate the delivery of technical training relating to MIS and HRIS software and reporting needs in conjunction with other resources, including legislative, and pandemic requirements
-Follow industry best practices, processes, and policies that are required to maintain and support privacy and security requirements
Qualifications
- Design, development, and review of training documentation
-Extensive experience in providing end user customer service
-Online learning system requirements, support, and maintenance
-Facilitates working group and information sessions reporting needs of healthcare client
-Proficiency with MIS, OHRS standards, MMS (Materials Management System) is a strong must have
-Proficiency with HRIS Quadrant application, HR, Payroll, Scheduling, Leave Management and QSS modules is desired
