Responsibilities
• Support business-critical Microsoft Power Platform based applications in production and non-production environments
• Build and test, production deployment, change request, and release management
• Test, implement and document application and database design specifications and changes
• Post-implementation support and resolve any post-implementation technical issues
• Design walkthrough sessions with project team
• Manage and track all incident, problem and service requests and coordinate with other support teams
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Reporting Manager
Qualifications
Knowledge of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), application deployment, testing, and release management processes to contribute to the development, delivery, and ongoing support of applications
10+ year of experience in systems analysis, design, and development in large systems environments
Experience of Microsoft Power Platform, Azure and Standalone Power Apps application using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages,
Experience with Agile software development process with MS Azure DevOps and Visual Studio Tools
Experience of TSQL and MS SQL Server database
Knowledge of ITIL and experience of application support with incident tickets, service requests, deployment, change and release management
Experience with support and maintenance of low code Power Platform and .Net solutions
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
