Responsibilities
The Sr. Project Manager is to support the decision-making and operationalization of the Provincial Digital Operating Model, including:
· Provincial Digital Operating Model Project Management Support
· Act as the project Governance Secretariat
· Support the creation and maintenance of the work plan for the committees, and act as a pivotal point of contact for the coordination of activities within the Advisory and Governance workstreams
· Identify recurring and one-time collaboration opportunities and take responsibility for the support and coordination of program secretariats of working groups and committees with the focus to accelerate the decision-making across the portfolio in a transparent way.
· Coordinate Project Onboarding engagement process and implementation and facilitate endorsement and approval of the in-scope project artifacts by multiple internal and external parties.
· Coordinate and support project publications via multiple channels and both internal and external partners.
Qualifications
· Experience with basic Project and Program Management concepts (e.g., project goals, risk, scope, participant roles, planning, cost, and quality management).
· Experience collaborating with a varied and diverse group of stakeholders and partners to gather updates and maintain progress reporting, action items, risk management updates, etc.
· Experience working alongside project and program managers, providing updates, escalating where required, identifying risks, and leading document deliverables.
· Experience working in a professional environment supporting multiple project managers, program workstreams and critical projects.
· Experience developing project status reports and maintaining and monitoring status reporting logs.
· Experience scheduling meetings.
· Experience monitoring program document repository and ensuring all documents are reviewed and maintained in the repository.
· Experience working in the health sector and government.
