This is a Hybrid Role with 3 days in the office a week. This is a mandatory requirement of the role and is non negotiable outside of exceptional circumstances.

Responsibilities
· Provide professional information architecture expertise, and undertake comprehensive architecture needs assessments and complex reviews in support of systems/infrastructure needs for clients
· Participate in enterprise-wide and cross-jurisdictional architecture projects with information components
Deliverables:
Develop funding criteria and evaluation templates
Develop funding administration supports (guidelines, tools, data management)
Coordinate and track evaluation of proposals from regions
Coordinate, track and report the status of proposals based on established proposal administration processes
Coordinate and prepare consolidated review summary of proposals
Coordinate and prepare status and progress reports
Monitor intake, track, record and assess deliverables as per established targets
Collaborate with regions to implement projects and funding mechanism
Collaborate with regions to monitor and track project progress
Collaborate with regions to facilitate and track reporting
Collaborate with regions to intervene with “at risk” projects
Qualifications
· Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Information Architect on electronic health-related projects
· Experience working in the public sector, preferably in a health care setting
Excellent facilitator, negotiator and communicator - both orally and written, and be able to produce clear and concise documentation including: presentation material, design/architecture documents and training material.
· Knowledge and experience creating information architecture artefacts such as conceptual, logical and data and information data models
· Researches and develops information architectural policies and standards, as approved by management
· Experience defining, identifying and describing information architectural requirements with clients through modelling
· Experience translating conceptual to logical architecture in alignment with business and application architecture
· Experience defining governance, principals, policies and procedures and leading business and/or IT transformation initiatives.
· Knowledgeable of FIPPA and PHIPA and how it applies to healthcare IT solutions.
Excellent facilitator, negotiator and communicator - both orally and written, and be able to produce clear and concise documentation including presentation material, design/architecture documents and training material.
· Experience designing and modelling architectures and solutions using message based, cross-platform integration.
· Experience dealing in a complex multi private/public stakeholder environment
