Responsibilities
You will develop and test solutions including proof of concept projects. You will utilize knowledge of Health Level Seven (HL7) standards, quality measures and application programming interfaces (APIs) to develop and API Integration solutions for HCD-ISCIS application
Design details of integration between systems
Work across all development teams to ensure the application being built adheres to established architectural patterns
Work ahead of the development teams to ensure development teams have a solid design in place and a good understanding of the technical solution.
Define, implement, and enforce software architecture designs/patterns.
Oversee architectural approaches from conception to installation
Qualifications
Candidate is required to come in office - 3 days a week
API, microservices and event-based software development with proficiency in technologies such as SpringBoot, Apigee, Confluent / Kafka, Liquibase, Docker / Istio / Rancher / Kubernetes , Java programming language, SQL , RESTful and SOAP web services
Experience in designing, building, and supporting EMR/HL7 interfaces and programming Healthcare data integration and interoperability
experience.
Worked on HL7 FHIR Bulk data exchange, SMART on FHIR, and well familiar with privacy & security rules for Interoperability.
Experience with both existing and emerging healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 V2.x, CCD, C-CDA XML V3, IHE profile, FHIR (must
have)
