Responsibilities
• Creation of technical specifications for systems development
• Design, implement and work with the project team in completing all relevant and required documentation in
alignment with OPS standards
• Participate in scheduled threat risk assessment with the corporate security office and assist with providing collaterals supporting this activity. Assist in developing risk mitigation reports and other project documentation.
• Lead the design, development, implementation and maintenance best practice of BI applications and workflow.
• Create, define and document the structure and relationships with BI applications, including the identification of re-usable components, quality level metrics, the organization and layering of software, and the determination of interfaces.
• Undertake special assignments/sub-projects as assigned
• Create and validate business scenarios and use cases
• Produce visual depiction of use cases and process flows; ensure alignment with the program area and associated
business architecture, as well as traceability to solution logical and physical architectures
• Create, review, provide input and support of Enterprise Architecture artifacts for all checkpoints as required
• Ensure alignment and adherence to Ministry of Government Services’ processes and standards
• Support the testing team during system and UAT testing
• Participate in Knowledge transfer
Qualifications
Must Haves:
Experience in solution architecture, drafting blueprints and architectural artifacts for project gating.
Server computer technologies, operating systems, application software, networks and technology.
Expert knowledge of data security and authentication platforms to secure ministry information assets.
Banking/financial institutes who had worked with government.
