This is a contract position for a Project Control Officer for our client who is in the Broader Public Sector. Work location will be in Toronto.
This is a Hybrid Role with 2 days in the office a week. This is a mandatory requirement of the role and is non negotiable outside of exceptional circumstances.

Responsibilities
Supports the management team and project managers with day-to-day administration and coordination
Collaborate with team members to gather updates such as status, risk, issues, action items, and progress
Actively participates in meetings to record/document/distribute meeting minutes outlining discussion points including risks, actions, issues, and decisions
Coordinates and schedules project team and/or client meetings
Supports the development of project documents, presentations, management/executive briefings and/or other communication products
Coordinates project artefact and document approvals as required
Maintains project artefact repository (e.g. Sharepoint)
Maintains and updates project logs (risk, action, issue, decision), proactively following up with task owners as required
Coordinates and maintains incoming requests and communications from prospective clients
Updates spreadsheets, documents and presentation materials as directed
Supports onboarding activities for new project team members
Qualifications
5+ years demonstrated hands-on project coordination or administrative experience supporting project teams and/or management teams
5+ years coordinating and scheduling project activities, tasks and/or meetings
5+ years experience updating project materials, documents and spreadsheets with a strong attention to detail
