This is a Hybrid Role with 3 days in the office a week. This is a mandatory requirement of the role and is non negotiable outside of exceptional circumstances.

Responsibilities
· Coordinate with the Delivery & Eligibility Review Branch (DERB) Senior Manager and Drugs & Assistive Devices I&IT Solutions (DADS) Senior Manager to ensure business scope and objectives are met
· Collaborate with Infrastructure Ontario (IO) Program, Strategy and Procurement Leads
· Escalate risks, issues and concerns to the DERB and DADS Senior Managers
· Manage a controlled change process for all business-related activities on the project
· Ensure appropriate stakeholder (internal and external) engagement and communications take place
· Ensure business transformation, change management, training, and communications will be smooth and effective and ensure adverse impact to the business is minimized
· Provide detailed status reporting information to the DERB and DADS Senior Managers.
· Lead the development of executive level briefings, presentations for steering committees, and facilitating approval of key project documents, etc.
· Leading and/or participating in steering committee and stakeholder forums. Providing project, program, and/or portfolio reporting to multi-stakeholders for senior executive levels
· Coordinating and facilitating consultations between project stakeholders and partners.
· Support to the MOH and IO teams in developing the resulting business case
· Co-ordinating completion of architecture and gating deliverables
· Provide maintenance support as required to sustain ongoing business operations while the project continues
· Other project related activities as assigned
Qualifications
Significant experience leading and coordinating large, complex, multi-stakeholder projects in the health care sector.
Leadership experience in developing comprehensive change management and adoption strategies for both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate and ensure a smooth transition resulting from IT system change processes and related activities
Demonstrated experience writing Business Cases
Knowledge and experience conducting and analysing market sounding exercises
knowledge and experience with the PS Procurement Process would be an asset
