This is a contract position for a Scrum Master Product Manager Lead for our client who is in the Broader Public Sector. Work location will be in the GTA.
This is a Hybrid Role with 3 days in the office a week. This is a mandatory requirement of the role and is non negotiable outside of exceptional circumstances.

Responsibilities
Agile project management –
Experience setting up the agile environment your team needs to build and iterate on a user-centred service
Experience leading and coordinating the team including daily stand-ups, sprints planning and backlog grooming
Experience with user centred design practices and processes
Experience with an iterative approach to product development and testing
Experience with agile engineering methods and a broad range of internet technologies such as common internet protocols, web analytics, semantic markup, REST, and other foundational web topologies that underpin modern digital applications
Collaboration and facilitation –
Experience with planning and facilitating product and extended team’s work through collaborative and interactive work sessions
Experience managing the agile process for a multi-disciplinary teams that include a product manager, software developers, user researchers, designers, dev/ops, content creators and other subject matter experts
Experience helping your product teams become better at autonomously organizing their own work
Communications and relationships –
Outstanding interpersonal skills and experience navigating complex issues and stakeholders.
Experience building strong relationships across organizations
Experience creating and presenting information for different audiences
Experience communicating timelines and progress to audiences with different levels of experience with agile practices
Experience flagging an removing obstacles or 'blockers' to progress
Subject Matter Experience with Verifiable Credentials -
experienced and knowledgeable with verifiable credentials and SSI model implementations
understands key roles of issuer, verifier and holder and their interactions within the SSI model
understands the major technology components and their considerations in support of an SSI model implementation.
Qualifications
Must haves:
Experience setting up the agile environment your team needs to build and iterate on a user-centred service
experienced and knowledgeable with verifiable credentials and SSI model implementations
understands key roles of issuer, verifier and holder and their interactions within the SSI model
understands the major technology components and their considerations in support of an SSI model implementation.
