This is a Hybrid Role with 3 days in the office a week. This is a mandatory requirement of the role and is non negotiable outside of exceptional circumstances.

Responsibilities
You will develop and test solutions including proof of concept projects. You will utilize knowledge of Health Level Seven (HL7) standards, quality measures and application programming interfaces (APIs) to develop and API Integration solutions for HCD-ISCIS application
Design details of integration between systems
Work across all development teams to ensure the application being built adheres to established architectural patterns
Work ahead of the development teams to ensure development teams have a solid design in place and a good understanding of the technical solution.
Define, implement, and enforce software architecture designs/patterns.
Oversee architectural approaches from conception to installation
Qualifications
API, Microservices & Integration skill set:
API, microservices and event-based software development with proficiency in technologies such as SpringBoot, Apigee, Confluent / Kafka, Liquibase, Docker / Istio / Rancher / Kubernetes
Java programming language, SQL
RESTful and SOAP web services
Facilitate Cluster and Corporate Architecture governance pre-approvals for predefined business architecture modules. Enable the identification of common service and pattern-based business models. Facilitate proactive identification of digital transformation & automation opportunities.
Experience in planning and managing Technology Integration development- lifecycle processes.
Experience in technology evaluation, scalability analysis and tool selection efforts for Technology Integration projects.
Proven experience designing, building, and deploying Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Web Services, API design, and Microservice Architecture
Hands-on experience in microservices, service mesh and gateway architecture.
Experience in working with Developer portal for publishing API for internal and external consumption
Knowledge of API gateway configuration, API Security and Consumption model
Experience working in Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) environment, Unit Tests, Source Code Repository Management, Branching & Merging Strategies, Code Reviews and Automated Deployments
Experience with High Availability Systems, Enterprise Architecture, and Modern Software Design Patterns
Design modern API architectures using domain driven design, Open APIs, Microservices, and Event driven models
Design and build user-centric API ecosystems to drive new consumer experiences and unlock business capabilities
Experience with API lifecycle management, API layering techniques (experience, process, system APIs), API orchestrations, Data Mapping, and the corresponding technologies
Experience applying modern REST constructs, JSON while designing API interface design
API design patterns for authentication, authorization, mediation, transformation, and data security
Deep understanding of different integration patterns and best practices such as events, synchronous vs. asynchronous messaging, peer-to-peer, Publish-subscribe, etc.
Ability to present and defend architecture, design, and technique choices to internal and external audiences
HL7-FHIR Experience :
Experience in designing, building, and supporting EMR/HL7 interfaces and programming Healthcare data integration and interoperability experience.
Experience in building and maintaining custom integrations for HL7 interoperability
Preferable certified HL7 or FHIR architect, not mandatory.
Worked on HL7 FHIR Bulk data exchange, SMART on FHIR, and well familiar with privacy & security rules for Interoperability.
Experience with both existing and emerging healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 V2.x, CCD, C-CDA XML V3, IHE profile, FHIR (must have)
Experience with Data Privacy, and PHI/PII compliance and regulations
Microservices architecture experiences:
Microservices topologies, including operational concerns such as resiliency, observability, discovery, and routing, etc.
Experience with various patterns, architectural designs, domain models
Experience with deployment of the micro services
microservice best practices
Identify best model of deployment of micro services
Identify robust tools for various methodology and techniques
Identification and experience with different integration techniques, authentication tools
Build, propose a model to support the Service architecture to service various business components
Propose and follow Best practices in identifying, designing, deploying micro services
