Responsibilities
End-to-end implementation:
Azure GoCloud Migration (OnPremis to Cloud);
Authentication Migration to OPS Secure and Public Secure
Siebel Version Upgrade & Security Patch
Responsible for coaching and implementing Agile methodology (Scrum) and project management phases for the development and implementation of the solution into Production
Ensures project deliverables meet clients’ business requirements on time, scope and budget, with a focus on cost-effectiveness, efficiencies and compliance with OPS project management methodologies and frameworks.
Manage a cross-functional team comprising Consultants, Ministry SME’s and lead Project Manager
Qualifications
Candidate must be available to join the team from April 3, 2023
10+ years of project management experience and hold a PMP & ITIL certification
5+ years of ITS Operations Management, Release Management and Change Management Processes
Experienced with migration of complex applications from On-premise to Cloud solutions
5+ years OPS procurement, contract management, agreements and service level compliance.
Strong understanding of Public Secure (PS) and Ontario Public Services Secure (OPS Secure) architecture, design and platform understanding
Demonstrated experience delivering projects in Siebel Cloud platforms / infrastructure
Experience in Agile, SCRUM. Lean and DevOps methodologies
Experience developing Agile Metrics and managing project schedules, deliverables, and scope
Experience with DevOps, Microsoft tools including Visio and Project and Miro boards
Experience and knowledge of the Ontario Digital Service Standard, Ontario Service Design Playbook and the Digital First Assessment product delivery approach (Pre-Discovery, Discovery, Alpha, Beta, Live)
Knowledge and understanding of digital product development, implementation and management
