This is a contract position for a Technology Architect for our client who is in the Broader Public Sector. Work location will be Guelph.
This role is onsite. This is a mandatory requirement of the role and is non negotiable outside of exceptional circumstances.

Responsibilities
• This resource will assist with design, test, build, and debug service level contracts, agreements and targets within the eSMT SLM Console to support the Public Safety Radio Network (PSRN) project and Government Mobile Communications Branch (GMCB).
• This would include working with Incident Management, Service Request Management and Service Asset Configuration Management to enable service management processes, Service level agreements, operational level agreements, and underpinning contracts in eSMT for the agreed-upon service level targets.
• The Technical Architect would be responsible for UAT & Production testing with both the OPS and its vendors.
Qualifications
Technical Expertise: Experience developing and building service level targets (SVT) within the BMC Remedy ITSM toolset SLM module
Analytical and Communication Expertise: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to negotiate, collaborate, document and achieve approvals from a wide variety of decision makers.
Large IT Project Expertise: Knowledge and experience both in a strategic and operational public sector governance models, experience managing complex, multi-unit, multi-stakeholder and multiple levels of public sector executive stakeholder project team
