Responsibilities
1. Leading design, deployment of OIAM 12C environment. Research new service release from vendor and recommend, implement patches to keep OPS/BPS Secure in the compliance of OPS Security requirement.
2. Research OIAM 12C new features to develop solution for program area application to integrate with OPS/BPS Secure in an optimized fashion. Review program area business flow and requirement to advice technical solution.
3. Conduct technical gap analysis on OIAM 12C out of box offerings. Propose enhancement design of workflow configuration.
4. Building 12C environment with high-availability setup and provide detail build book;
5. Gather firewall rule requirement for new 12C environment build.
6. Manage certificates on 11 OIAM 12C environment. Develop methodology to update certificate on federation service.
7. Design and support POC to explore and utilize OIAM 12C features to fulfill requirement from program area on various hosting platform.
8. Design and document OPS/BPS secure integration solution. Develop detailed configuration procedure.
9. Research OIAM 12C rest API offerings. Review program area business flow and requirement to recommend proper API usage.
10. Defines the resource needs for the delivery (e.g. design, analysis, construction, testing, deployment, documentation) of the I&IT solution or service. Creates resource plans with specific skill requirements to realize the development, maintenance or support of an I&IT solution or service.
11. Manages issues and risks (e.g. identifies, monitors, escalates, resolves, and reports) through the team. Escalates issues to the Manager or Project Manager. Informs the issues logs and risk registers for the overall project, if applicable.
12. Performing proofs-of-concept of the options for remediating risk and improving the stability and performance of OPS Secure, including options leveraging both OIAM R1 and OIAM 12C technologies.
13. Provides regular communication and status updates to the Manager or Project Manager.
14. Leads, facilitates, coordinates technical/operational team meetings. Tracks action items, decision items, risks and issues that come out of meetings and updates the Manager or Project Manager.
15. Informs or develops the artefacts for the procurement of services, resources or software.
16. Supporting the acquisition and integration of services related to OIAM from Oracle and systems integrators, such as:
17. Advanced Customer Support; 12C migration assessment, planning, and implementation by:
· Informing the development of collaterals for the acquisition of services;
· Evaluating the proposals for the provision of services;
· Developing plans for the adoption and integration of services; and
· Providing project management / coordination for the adoption and integration of services.
18. Performing an assessment of the current OIAM 12c support model and practices in the context of either the Oracle Unified Methodology or leading practices for the support of OIAM, including but not limited to:
· Roles
· Leading practices;
· Knowledge, skills, and experience; and
· Remote support.
Qualifications
1. Sustainment of Large Identity Systems
1.1. 10+ years experience sustaining (e.g. administration, operations, support, patching, monitoring, starting/ stopping) COTS based identity and access management systems.
1.2. At least 4 years experience must be related to Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite Plus.
1.3. At least 4 years experience must be related to implementations with over 10,000 registered users.
1.4. 3+ years experience with the Oracle unified Methodology (OUM) for COTS implementations.
1.5. 2+ years of experience with Nagios and other system monitoring tools (e.g. Big Brother)
1.6. Working Knowledge and understanding of IT Security Technologies, particularly encryption and authentication technologies such as PKI, PMI and SSL.
2. Sustainment of Large Application Implementations
2.1. 10+ years experience designing, developing, deploying, and sustaining large application implementations based on the following technology products: Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite, OHS, Tomcat, Windows Internet Information Server (IIS), IBM HTTP Server, Apache, IBM WebSphere, Oracle database 11g (and later), Oracle Directory Server Enterprise Edition, Solaris, Windows, AIX and Linux.
2.2. Experience with ITIL processes such as Service Level Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, and Capacity Management.
3. Incident and Problem Management 20%
3.1. 10+ years experience triaging, analysing, diagnosing (a.k.a trouble-shooting), evaluating options, and resolving application problems, especially those related to identity and access management systems and the above technologies.
3.2. Experience with decision making processes.
4. Quality Assurance
4.1. 10+ years experience with quality control and assurance methodologies and practices as applied to the implementation of applications with over 10,000 users.
4.2. Experience with Change Management and Release Management as processes supporting the implementation of large applications.
4.3. Experience with automated testing tools, such as Team Foundation Server (TFS)
4.4. 3+ years experience with the Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) for COTS implementations or its predecessors (e.g. Oracle Application Implementation Methodology (AIM)) or equivalents.
5. Soft Skills
5.1. At least one (1) new implementations of Oracle OIAM, i.e. focus on design, build/construct, test, and deployment; or
5.2. At least one (1) migration (or re-implementation) from Release 1 to a later release (e.g. Release 2 or 3).
5.3. 4+ years experience tuning the performance of large applications.
5.4. 2+ years experience with Nagios and other system monitoring tools (e.g. Big Brother).
5.5. Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
5.6. Knowledge of IT security technologies particularly encryption and authentication technologies such as PKI, PMI, and SSL.
