This is a contract position for a Specialized IT Consultant for our client who is in the Broader Public Sector. Work location will be in the GTA.
This is a Hybrid Role with 2 days in the office a week. This is a mandatory requirement of the role and is non negotiable outside of exceptional circumstances.

Responsibilities
Delivered will be documentation and detail statistics of existing and new services. Clear analytics will support decisions on vendor selection.
Design and measure new Communication and Collaboration KPI's on developing products that prove performance, customer satisfaction and demonstrate true value for money.
Own and support product development statistical data to measure and guide progress and mitigate any risks to successful delivery and launch of the new services.
Create and maintain a detailed Cost Model per new service to report on OPS adoption, financial viability, appropriate charge rates and future investment planning. The model will track present and future looking assumptions.
Develop procurements
This individual would provide supporting information that ensures quality services are developed and delivered. These measuring and analyzing disciplines will create actionable data to make ongoing adjustments to features and service level targets.
Effective Service Development Communications
This Information Management role spans the development of Communications and Collaboration by:
The candidate will own and communicate Project /Program status, progress and risk management across all levels of OPS including dependent projects, funding requests a and executive updates.
Service Information will be well documented pre-sales technical and ordering information as well as effective training will be delivered to users and administrators of new services. Cost model information including current assumptions will be communicated ad-hoc to justify adjustments and shape future planning.
Qualifications
Demonstrated 7+ years of experience evaluating, analyzing and developing telecommunications strategies.
Demonstrated 10+ years of experience working for a telecommunications service’s provider in a technical or business capacity.
8+ years conducting business analysis related to service delivery and evaluating service delivery models for next generation services.
Demonstrated 5+ years preparing/responding to request for proposals
