This is a Hybrid Role with 3 days in the office a week. This is a mandatory requirement of the role and is non negotiable outside of exceptional circumstances.

Responsibilities
· Gain understanding of stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
· Contribute to broader DHIEX program roadmap with inventory of needs, etc.
· Contribute to DHIEX program engagement activities.
· Develop stakeholder engagement plans including identifying priority stakeholders, leading stakeholder consultations and developing and delivering associated communications.
· Developing and implementing change management strategies and associated communications.
· Develop HIC engagement strategy, including advisory services and evaluation.
· Acts as the champion on standards and interoperability aspects of a specific deliverable.
· Prepares senior and program management reports and presentations including options, recommendations, implementation plans related to engagement.
· Bi-lateral communications with Architecture and Standards to share information and support related internal engagement activities and collaboration.
Qualifications
· Experience directing stakeholder consultation, facilitation, and consensus building. Provides program, portfolio, and/or project reporting to multiple stakeholders.
· Experience communicating and delivering presentations to stakeholders.
· Experience working in the digital healthcare landscape in Ontario and Canada performing similar services.
· Experience with engagement leadership and expertise of large scale, complex, high profile, and high-risk initiatives that may be multi-jurisdictional and/or enterprise wide in the digital health environment.
· Knowledge and experience in healthcare interoperability and terminology standards.
· Experience with change management in healthcare.
