This is a Hybrid Role with 2-3 days in the office a week. This is a mandatory requirement of the role and is non negotiable outside of exceptional circumstances.

Responsibilities
The Sr. Project Manager will support the program management of the Digital Identity project. The key high-level deliverables including,
· Support the development of the digital identity program, service and operations.
o Outputs include, but not limited to: Develop integrated project plans, ensuring accurate and appropriate inclusion of deliverables, milestones, project budget, resources, inter-project dependencies and progress reporting
o Experience managing and coordinating project monitoring, anticipates and troubleshoots issues, provides ongoing expertise, resolves problems, and provides project effectiveness
o Outputs include, but not limited to: Develop project charters, project plans and other project artifacts as required, organize and lead project team meetings.
o Responsible for managing working relationships with vendors and delivery partners as required.
Outputs include, but not limited to: track engagements, maintain status reports and proactively identifying risks.
o Maintain sound working relationship and effective communication with project, team and external stakeholders.
o Outputs include, but not limited to: monitoring project document repository and ensuring all documents are reviewed and maintained in the repository track engagements, and schedule meetings.
Qualifications
· Strong working knowledge of the full Project Management LifeCycle (PMLC), PMBOK based as well as some exposure to the Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC)
· Experience directing project teams to ensure project deliverables are delivered on time and adhere to government and ministry standards
· Experience with Information Management principles, concepts, policies, and practices
· Experience managing and coordinating project monitoring, anticipates and troubleshoots issues, provides ongoing expertise, resolves problems, and provides project effectiveness
· Experience identify conflict between project and functional areas and develop responses to successfully address conflict
· Experience handling client relationships, managing expectations, providing updates as required, identifies potential conflicts between project and functional areas
· Experience in managing delivery teams of various sizes and scope (may include staff, consultants, vendors)
· Experience with and knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Project Server
· Sound knowledge of finance and project cost-accounting principles and practices with demonstrated experience with managing project budgets
