This is a contract position for a Project Manager Leader - Intermediate for our client who is in the Broader Public Sector. Work location will be Peterborough.
This is an onsite role. This is a mandatory requirement of the role and is non negotiable outside of exceptional circumstances.

Responsibilities
• Provide senior level project management and develop comprehensive project plans for the extremely large, complex, multi-ministry, multi-year, high profile and high risk PSRN project.
• Manage activities throughout all phases of the project including establishing priorities and schedules; monitoring and reporting on progress and deliverables and managing issues and risks to ensure compliance with enterprise and corporate I&IT standards, policies, directives and vendor agreements.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience
All roles procured are required to be cleared through the Contractor Security Clearance Process of the OPS. Security Clearance process, levels, roles etc. are subject to change without prior notice. Candidates may be required to undergo revised/new process (or levels) any time prior or during the term of the contract.
Valid G driver's license is required. · Ability to operate a vehicle during long distances. Districts, area offices, and base camps are spread out and are often located in remote locations.
Expert knowledge of IP Networks, WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, Cellular, Satellite Systems, Public Safety Radio, and Encryption.
