This is a Hybrid Role with 3 days in the office a week. This is a mandatory requirement of the role and is non negotiable outside of exceptional circumstances.

Responsibilities
Work with Vendor Modernization project team to assess existing technical deployments on Oracle Supercluster
• Work with EFP technical team to plan/prepare and execute migration of TPE (Transfer Payment Extension) application from Unix to Linux in a non-production and production servers; integrate TPE to other applications (IFIS CORE, IFIS Integration Services)
• Work with EFP technical team and ITS to plan/prepare/execute migration of OBIEE in a non-production and production servers from Unix to Linux; migrate IFIS CORE standby databases and integrate OBIEE with the standby databases
• Work with EFP technical team and ITS to plan/prepare/execute migration of IFIS CORE into a non-production and production servers from Unix to Linux; ensure SSO enablement, integration to systems (BMC, IFIS Integration services) and applications (EPM, TPE, OBIEE)
• Update Disaster Recovery technical procedures for IFIS CORE and TPE
• Plan/prepare and execute data masking for IFIS CORE; assess and resolve performance issues of data masking; update cloning procedures when including data masking
• Assess existing storage of IFIS Core and prepare a plan to manage data in IFIS CORE using purge of unnecessary records or tables, archiving of records, compressing large tables and data partitioning
• Assess performance implications of data management to existing development environments include: IFIS CORE, OBIEE and EPM
• Document all new procedures and processes and deliver knowledge transfer sessions to the EFP (Enterprise FinTech Practice) Oracle e-Business Suite DBAs.

eBusiness Suite Applications R12.2 and Oracle Data Guard application (installation, configuration, maintenance, patching, upgrade, and cloning
Expert level knowledge of migrating Oracle technologies from Unix (Solaris) to Oracle Enterprise Linux / Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.x/6.x/7.x; UNIX OS (Operating System) and Linux OS, utilities, shell scripting
Expert level knowledge of Oracle 12c/19c database administration, maintenance, security implementation include:, upgrade and patching, database performance
