Responsibilities
1. Assemble, integrate and format design inputs and materials from the ETD Solutions Leads, Technical Leads and Solution Designers into the format and structure of Systems Artefacts for enterprise architecture review and approval, as orchestrated by the OPS' Enterprise Technology Strategy Division. All artefacts to comply with Government of Ontario Information Technology Standards (GO-ITS) 56: Enterprise Architecture Artefacts.
2. Conduct multi-faceted consultations with inputs from Solutions Leads, Business, Systems Analysts and Clients for requirements analysis, and project managers, as well as Enterprise Architects, Business Architects and Information Architects in order to identify and understand the required changes in the design of ETD solutions. The changes can be described with standard GO-ITS artefacts.
3. Evolving the approved Enterprise IAM baseline architecture as a result of multiple concurrent projects.
4. Creating and evolving architecture artefacts as part of initiatives within the Database & Middleware and Enterprise Information Management roadmaps.
Qualifications
3 days onsite is required per week
Experience using architectural artefacts to inform Threat Risk Assessments (TRA), Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA), and Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities (AODA) assessments.
Federation, OAuth 2 OIDC 1.0, SAML 2, FIDO2/WebAuthn , Public Key Infrastructure, Encryption technologies and application use cases, Directory Services;
M4 Knowledge in GO-ITS 56, all GO-ITS 25 series, CSD ICA Policy, FIPS, SANS, NIST 800 series, W3C (especially Verified credentials) and PCTF.
