Qualifications
Must haves:
Google Angular Framework
.NET Framework and/or .NET Core-based design, development, and testing
C#, JavaScript

Azure SQL
Responsive Web front-end, Web APIs, and web services design, development, and testing
Project information:
Application rewrite program
Need the developer to help with development activities
CMS (certification management system)
Note for suppliers:
Would need the candidate to be in Ontario
May need to go into the office 2 times (once to pick up their equipment and set up accounts and the second time to drop off their equipment)
Can be at any of these locations: 800 University in downtown Toronto / 87 Sir William Hearst in Downsview/ 301 St. Paul St. in St. Catherine's
Prior to interviews:
There will be a technical test before the interview
Uses a testing platform - HM will send them the technical test (will first get their consent and then once they agree, they will send them the test)
Once they start the test, the candidates will need to finish it in one sitting
Test will take one hour
