This is a Hybrid Role with some days in the office at the discretion of the Hiring Manager.

Responsibilities
The IAR Project Manager/Lead will be required to deliver Stakeholder Engagement and Communication as follows:
· Work with the IAR operational team and cross functional areas to support the development and execution of an operational plan to maintain the IAR while ensuring priorities align with the government’s objectives for evidence-based patient care planning and management;
· Review and analyze IAR operational tickets and collaborate with appropriate stakeholders (e.g. Health Information Network Providers (HINPs), vendors, HSPs) to resolve request in timely manner;
· Support the execution of a strategic implementation plan to maintain and enhance the adoption of IAR by HSPs;
· Create and manage documentation of business requirements, test plans and other required documents to support version changes of the current assessments in the IAR;
· Support the development of business processes related to the IAR operational plan, including the support of implemented HSPs in an operational environment, for example through HSP vendor change, HSP name change, HSP mergers, etc.;
· Support the transition of implemented HSPs into an operational environment by executing process modeling activities, reviewing and providing input to the impact of any process changes, developing business use cases to support the IAR operational plan;
· Provide IAR business expertise to HSPs on IAR standards and application to ensure compliance with the Data Sharing agreement (DSA) and PHIPA requirements;
· Support the preliminary analysis and implementation life cycle of data access requests and ensure timely delivery within budget;
· Advise and support the implementation of HSPs to align with the IAR adoption strategy. Work with the implementation team resources to ensure timely delivery of all implementation milestones and deliverables;
· Work directly with HSPs, HINPs, HCCSSs, and other stakeholders to provide IAR business expertise and translate functional requirements into operational processes to service internal and external stakeholders, including technology teams; ensure the changes made to IAR are accurately reflected in all documentation, including reference and training materials;
· Foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including HSPs and HSP third party vendors to ensure coordinated and effective communications that are aligned with ministry and government priorities
· Support the Ontario Health governance structure to review and discuss issues regarding data standards and data integration, approval on new requests and provide reports related to the implementation status, operational activities, and other key deliverables; and
· Provide strategic input and recommendations to current and future initiatives and manage operational activities and project duties as required.
Qualifications
Business Knowledge
· Extensive knowledge and experience of the Integrated Assessment Record (IAR) and its application specifically in the Community Mental Health & Addictions and other community care sectors
· Demonstrated experience with implementation methodologies and processes related to the community health care sector
· Demonstrated experience in applying technical solutions to address business objectives in the integration and management of data
· Understanding of and or experience with the maintenance of information standards involving multiple stakeholders
Stakeholder Relationship Management
· Superior consultation, negotiation, and consensus building skills to work collaboratively and build consensus with internal and external stakeholders and business partners
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, exceptional judgement, political acuity and demonstrated ability to manage expectations and resolve major obstacles and conflicts.
Project Management
· Ability to independently determine and manage tasks and processes for the purposes of meeting high level deliverables
· Proven experience in all aspects of transformational projects; planning, analysis, design, and implementation
· Demonstrated ability to work with cross functional project teams and effectively work in a highly matrix environment
