This is a Hybrid Role with some days in the office at the discretion of the Hiring Manager.
The Contract runs for one year.

Responsibilities
Gather and develop requirements to create and maintain a detailed project and implementation schedules and/or integrated plans
Experience developing and managing project schedules, deliverables, and scope
Ability to promote I&IT project management best practices and adherence to standard methodologies
Demonstrated experience directing teams to ensure deliverables are delivered on time and adhere to government and ministry standards
Extensive experience coordinating and monitoring project, implementation and support processes, and developing/communicating guidelines and procedures
Resolve resourcing and inter-personal conflicts, negotiate changes to resourcing, ensure knowledge is shared among team members such as project objectives and deliverables are met
Effectively manages large project budgets and ensures a high level of fiscal control and accountability including estimates, gating, forecasts, and reconciliation/confirmation of actuals
Proactively identifies potential risk events and issues before they occur so that proper mitigating strategies can be developed
Articulate and prioritize issues and risks at senior executive levels and recommends mitigation strategies for decision makers
Qualifications
Experienced Project Managers Only.
IT Solution Development Project Management experience (as appropriate to the specified experience and level) and use of Project Management software (as appropriate to the specified experience level). 5+ years
Experience with SQL, Linux, Windows 2016/19 servers, subnets, vlans, trusted/untrusted zones, DNS, VM(virtual Machines, hyper converge(HCI), IP, active directory (AD), NTP, VPN, remote desktop
Willing to Travel
Knowledge and experience with current and emerging technologies, including all server computer system technologies, network, security, and theory and principles of operating systems, systems design and development
