Responsibilities
· Test plan and functional test cases for all five systems
· Security test plan for all five system
· Assist with planning and implementation of user acceptance testing
· Assist with initial user training and development of user training plan
· Document test cases that will result from application changes required to support the new technology, clearly demonstrating any change in functionality, and expected results when compared to existing application.
· Incorporate in test cases new business scenarios and use cases where changes are required to support the new technology.
· Review all test scenarios to ensure the requirements are met; establish traceability matrix to monitor output
· Work with Cyber Security to ensure testing strategy includes requirements of TRA for new environment
· Lead the testing team during system and UAT testing
· Participate in Knowledge transfer
Qualifications
You have at least 5 years of experience in QA Testing Methodology (testing tools, processes and standards, types of testing: Functional, Integration, System, Regression, User Acceptance, Migration/Conversion)
· Experience in test management (Test Plan, Test Scenarios, Test Cases & Test Execution) defect management(Defect Life Cycle & Triage) & Test Execution Reporting
· Knowledge of software design and development methods, general technical and functional use of application being tested
· Understanding of the use of the application being tested, as well as the test tools
· Demonstrated experience testing and implementing web and portal based applications systems in the Azure Cloud (including COTS & SaaS)
· Ability to acquire and apply sound knowledge of clients QA needs and business environment, to define scope of work
· Knowledge of QA Testing Methodology (testing tools, processes and standards, types of testing: Functional, Integration, System, Regression, User Acceptance, Migration/Conversion)
· Understanding of technology platforms: operating systems, database technologies, application development languages, client desktops, mobile, middleware, Web Services, Service Oriented Architecture
· Knowledge of industry best practices and testing tools(e.g. DevOps, Selenium, SOAP UI)Analytical, Problem Solving & Collaboration Skills: · Reasoning, planning, analyzing and assessing skills for using testing processes to meet defined QA standards
· Conceptual skills to see the big picture and assist in integrating QA/testing processes and standards
· Ability to review and analyze client business requirements and other relevant documents for system changes and updates
· Collaborate with teams in order to identify and address testing/QA problems
· Develop and encourage team work, good morale and high performance
· Demonstrated written skills to document Testing artifacts(Test Cases, Scenarios, etc)
· Write, explain and present test related findings in a clear, well defined and unambiguous manner
· Establish effective working relationships and provide instruction for less experienced team members
