This is a Hybrid Role with some days in the office a week to be determined by the Hiring Manager.

Coordinating TRA and PIA activities,
Developing training and operational guides,

Qualifications
1. Successful project management experience in both large infrastructure as well as software/hardware lifecycle management
Ability to identify Technologies.
Experience with Infrastructure-based projects w/examples.
Quantity of Infrastructure-based knowledge identified.
Project(s) & Place(s) where it took place.
Size, cost people.
Number of Locations.
Articulates what the projects entailed and how they were delivered.
Demonstrated experience with hardware and software lifecycle management.
Scope, budget management.
Project lessons learned.
Describe career as a PM and any formal training.
2. Managing competing high impact, high value and high risk projects & portfolios
Prioritization.
Strong communications.
Ability to assess requirements, gather information/get input.
Provide direction below, advice above.
Appropriate timeframe expectations.
Ability to pivot.
Experience managing high value, impact and risk projects.
3. Communications plans for stakeholders & techniques for project lifecycle plan
Clearly described experience and examples from past projects.
Experience working with following audiences:
Steering Committee, Sponsors, Technical Team, Project Team and Client.
Identifies Communication Type:
High-Level, Financial, Technical, Requirement Based, Schedule, Change Requests, Governance and Creation communications plans.
4. Interpersonal communication style - General
Looking for political acuity, interpersonal relationship, managing conflict, showing example of holding themselves accountable, ensuring communication is succinct, has good ability to write reports/emails.
5. Effective project reporting
Flags: Red, Yellow, Green.
Cost, Schedule, Quality, Risk, Scope.
Agenda, Minutes, Status Report.
Artefact Status: Charter, SOW, CRD, BluePrint
6. IT project financial accountability within a project
Financial Status on overall Project.
Keep finances up to date on a regular basis.
Identify burn rate of dollars vs. budge Communicate any challenges with finances to appropriate areas.
Track baseline costs and variances.
Track the finances against the project completion status.
Provide forecasts based on project completion status.
