This Role is onsite. This is a mandatory requirement of the role and is non-negotiable outside of exceptional circumstances.

Responsibilities
• Provide technical advice to clients and leverage OPS I&IT solutions and applications to meet program/service goals and objectives ensuring efficiency.
• Verify System monitoring and operability – system health, fax server availability, inbound/outbound file transfer, FileNet communication.
• Collaborate with vendors, clients and partners.
• Write scripts
• Create, manage, follow up on support tickets.
• Investigate production issues, escalate to proper parties when necessary
• Verify systems and applications are running as expected
• Confirm file transfer scripts are enabled/disabled when required
• Confirm inbound files are loaded successfully into the application
• Verify production and test backup jobs are completed successfully
• Verify mainframe files are transferred
• Verify FileNet image transfer
• Verify ImageON File extracts and transmissions are completed
• Verify MFT transfer service is completed
• Verify MoveIT transfer service is completed
• Verify Connect Direct (NFS) transfer service is completed
• Confirm imageON EOD processes are completed successfully
• Manage building access
• Manage application/system user access
• Verify hardware, lighting, HVAC are in good working condition
• Coordinate/validate monthly generator testing and impact to ImageON
• Monitor ImageON server/workstation/tape/SAN/printer infrastructure
• Coordinate/verify vendor support or release implementation
• Provide validation and Tier 2 support on monthly patching activities
• Provide Tier 2 support for anti-virus updates
• Perform server start-up/shutdown
• Provide analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and identify clients' business needs and technical needs, propose alternatives/solutions.
Qualifications
Experience with Infrastructure, hardware, servers, network
Experience with Incident management, change management
Strong communication and client services skills
