Responsibilities
· Assist in the creation of project artefacts, including scorecard updates, status reports, and provide input to management reports
· Perform analysis using tools such as Excel.
· Assist project managers with day to day tasks.
· Complete work and achieve milestones within the assigned deadlines.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Skills and experience creating and maintaining project management artefacts such as risk, issue & action logs, briefing notes, status reports, presentations, project communications, and meeting minutes.
· Professional interpersonal skills to collaborate with a wide variety of technical and business stakeholders.
· Exceptional facilitation, negotiation, and consultative skills.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
· Skills and experience gathering data, performing analysis and building reports to support decision-making on project scope, schedule, cost data
· Skills and experience reviewing and ensuring submitted documentation is complete and accurate.
· A team player with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks with competing priorities and strict deadlines
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years experience in IT project management
Experience with Radio technology projects
Experience in Public safety especially in a dispatch environment (Ambulance, Fire, Police)
Experience with project managing in a public sector and politically sensitive organizations
