Responsibilities
• Managing deliverables and dependencies that cross multiple in-flight projects
• Supporting the PSRN Program by proactively identifying, communicating, and managing multi-faceted client-facing risks and issues to deliver a superior customer service experience and to support efficient and effective project delivery.

• Managing large-scale, complex, integrated project plans
• Project Management experience
• All roles procured are required to be cleared through the Contractor Security Clearance Process of the OPS.
• Security Clearance process, levels, roles etc. are subject to change without prior notice. Candidates may be required to undergo revised/new process (or levels) any time prior or during the term of the contract.
Qualifications
(1) Financial and Accounting Skills:
• Demonstrated experience in financial management of projects involving various financial areas: financial analysis on performance, trends analysis, forecasts and risks.
(2) Vendor, Procurement, and Contract Management
• Experience supporting the analysis and execution of vendor contract deliverables, including change management (RFCs, Change Orders), including writing content and providing advice
(3) Project Management Skills-
• Demonstrated experience identifying issues and managing risk of large complex projects. Further, providing oversight on integrated plans to ensure the successful delivery of 3rd party vendor contracts
(4) Communication and Relationship Management:
• Interacting directly with ministry clients, business partners, and project team members to develop and maintain strong ongoing relationships, always looking for opportunities to improve client satisfaction
• Experience supporting the analysis and execution of vendor contract deliverables, including change management (RFCs, Change Orders), including writing content and providing advice
• Project management

• Manage the execution of Service Requests for new services from vendors
• Manage the processing of project & contract change requests

• Look after Ministry’s interests from Legal, privacy and public image perspectives in procurements and contracts
• Prepare briefing notes, conduct vendor meetings and liaison with other procurement and legal departments as per the need
• As needed, independently manage, and execute complete procurements life cycle
