Responsibilities
• Capture business requirements, assess technical features and capabilities to create and update business rules based on the requirements
• Provide Data Science services including Data Cleansing and Data Analytics
• Create custom reports and Data Visualization as required, applying Microsoft Technologies, including Power BI
• Create data sources using SharePoint Lists and NoSQL databases.
• Conduct testing, integration and deployment of each developed solution
• Document application changes & enhancements to existing features and new features as per approved requirements and design direction
• Review and understand application changes and patches and system architecture of the EHS systems, and deploy updates as required and can support scalability requirements
• Provide realistic work estimates to support project planning
• Use structured methodologies, design best practices, and implement changes that is of quality, and clearly documented. Assure the proposed application(s) should function as required, without any defects and assure the application operates with the appropriate systems and other peripherals as identified
• Create Documentation for the purpose of training other technical IT Staff to support the deployment.
• Work with Microsoft Windows, Desktop and Laptop workstation support, Citrix Client, General Server Environment
• Use enterprise Service Management Toolsets e.g. Remedy in order to manage encryption related tickets
• Respond to and co-ordinate encryption activities, between clients & vendor appointments based on approved and scheduled Incident, Task and Work Order Records.
• Execute system updates on the Key Management Facility system.
• Update tickets and the CMDB to document the activities (e.g. Key management, removals, etc.).
• Perform Audit activities as defined by the Radio Operations Manager.
Qualifications
UHF (Ultra High Frequency) and VHF (Very High Frequency) experience
PSRN experience
Public safety experience (911, police, fire, ambulance)
System Deployment, Operations & Management
• 8 plus years of experience
• Experience in working in public safety organizations (Police, Fire, Ambulance)
Strong technical knowledge in radio technologies
• All roles procured are required to be cleared through the Contractor Security Clearance Process of the public sector
• Security Clearance process, levels, roles etc. are subject to change without prior notice. Candidates may be required to undergo revised/new process (or levels) any time prior or during the term of the contract.
