Responsibilities
Provide a comprehensive range of I&IT business analysis services to clients with diverse business and technological needs.
Interact with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand and document their requirements.
Prepare and advise on business analysis policies, processes, best practices, and standards to promote consistency within the organization.
Qualifications
Experienced in requirement elicitation, documentation, gap analysis, evaluation of alternative solutions, user interaction/experience design (UI/UX), and making recommendations.
Proficient in facilitating sessions with a diverse audience for requirements discovery and analysis using various methodologies (e.g., Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).
Proficient in writing user stories in Azure DevOps.
Experienced in leading/managing business transformation/solution design initiatives, emphasizing business architecture and user interaction/experience design (UI/UX).
Strong knowledge of enterprise architectural concepts and processes, particularly in business architecture for data warehouses, marts, lakes (in Azure platform).
