Responsibilities
• Develop and manage strategic communication and change management strategies throughout the different phases of the projects (development to implementation) to meet the established goals and objectives.
• Provide business analysis expertise to navigate enterprise-wide strategies, produce data analytics and draft briefing materials and dashboards to tell the story to senior executive leadership, partners and stakeholders.
• Drive organization change and build strong partnerships taking an inclusive approach with cross functional teams and internal stakeholders who have diverging perspectives to ensure that all adhere to best practices and standard approaches.
• Develop project related strategies / frameworks by anticipating potential issues and provides risk mitigations and recommendations.
Qualifications
10+ years of Project management
Expertise in applying project management theory, methodologies and techniques to provide overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of I&IT projects ensuring consistency with enterprise mandate, objectives and strategies
Knowledge of issues management, communication and change management principles to assist clients and stakeholders with change management activities.
Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate project vision, facilitate discussions/negotiations, prepare written briefings, presentations and other project related materials
